Jason Diener brings over a decade of practitioner experience in advising emerging technology clients on the full array of industry-specific tax matters. 

Jason counsels emerging and early-stage companies on M&A transactions, analyzes choice of entity considerations, works with founders and investors on qualified small business stock issues, reviews and drafts executive compensation plans and agreements, negotiates operating agreements and partnership agreements, advises on tax issues related to cryptocurrencies and digital assets, formulates wealth transfer and business succession structuring, and represents clients in connection to state and local tax and controversy matters.
